Before attending your session

Skin Preparation

Please avoid applying any creams, lotions, or arriving with wet skin, as these can interfere with the plasma therapy. We know we're close to the beach, but save your swim for after your session!

Punctuality

To ensure a seamless experience, please arrive exactly at your scheduled time. This allows us to provide you with our full attention, answer any questions, and maintain a smooth flow for all appointments.

Hydration

Staying hydrated is recommended for optimal results. We suggest drinking 500ml of water following your session.

Clothing

Please wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing made from natural fibres. Cotton, linen, wool or cashmere are ideal.

What to Expect During Your Session

  • Positioning: You will lie flat in a neutral position on the device while grounding plates are placed on your hands and feet.
  • Sensations: Once activated, you may feel a gentle sensation from under your body and a slight tingling type of feeling in different areas of your body. You may also feel an overall sense of relaxation.
  • Duration: Each session lasts 30 minutes.

After Your Session

  • Immediate Effects: Responses vary—some clients feel energised, while others experience deep relaxation. Occasionally, a mild ‘out-of-body’ sensation may occur but fades quickly.
  • Hydration: Drinking water before and after your session helps support your body’s natural hydration and wellbeing.
